Self described as, “The podcast for fat activism, radical self love, and chill vibes ONLY’, She’s All Fat is one of the most popular podcasts about body positivity.
Hosted by Sophia Carter-Kahn and April K. Quioh, it doesn't shy away from talking about big issues while also remaining entertaining and insightful. Conversations about fat ethical fashion, the politics around sizing and fat visibility are only some of the topics covered on the podcast!
The show also does deep-dives into pop culture and relevant news as well as interviews with other content creators, designers, writers and more.
Hosted by Rebecca Scritchfield, a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified exercise physiologist, the Body Kindness podcast aims to redefine what it means to be healthy by focusing on well-being rather than weight loss.
An incredibly informative podcast, Rebecca talks to her guests about the influences that "keep you stuck in your diet prison" and how you can break free and practice self care. She's covered topics like fat activism, intuitive eating, sexual health and weight stigma.
Host, Claire Hammill, describes her podcast as a, “place where women come together to learn that their worth is not dependent on the size of their body.” A Self-Love Coach, Claire created the podcast to help women love and accept themselves.
Every episode is full of encouragement and inspiration as well as interviews with therapists, influencers, authors and other self-help coaches. Claire also has shorter episodes where she shares her experiences about her own body positivity journey, her anxieties and her goals.
The Body Image Podcast (formerly Heart Space Podcast) is about body image, body positivity and what it takes to make peace with our bodies. Hosted by registered dietitian, nutrition therapist and certified intuitive eating counsellor, Corinne Dobbas, whose goal is to help people with their relationship with food, their body image concerns and how they can take care of themselves.
Every episode, Corinne talks to an expert about their own experiences and advice on a range of topics including, mental health, body and size acceptance, self-compassion, rejecting diet culture and more.
Hosted by writer, humourist and ex-professional actress and singer, Caroline Donner, The F*ck It Diet is a podcast for recovering chronic dieters that is completely free from diet culture.
Caroline believes that 'eating should be easy' and talks to a range of experts, practitioners, reads your stories, answers listener questions and talks about her own experiences with diet culture and getting out of the diet cycle.
The tone of the podcast is very casual and friendly, making it seem like you're listening to your friends talk!

Unexpected and prolonged lockdowns can get us down. Many of us are not used to staying home for extended periods of time with limited physical interaction with others.
Often, we find ourselves stuck in a social media loop, consuming content that can affect our self-worth and happiness. We have more of a tendency to compare our reality to someone else’s perfectly curated and edited highlight reel.
Staying positive and keeping our spirits up is challenging. It takes work. Affirmations and mantras are positive ways to encourage ourselves daily to keep going. Here are some of our fav self-love mantras!
